Payment

The Hotel requires a guarantee payment of 30% to secure bookings and a further 30% one month prior to your arrival.

Cancellations

20% of the total equivalent will be charged in the event of a cancellation two (2) weeks prior to arrival.

50% of the total equivalent will be charged in the event of a cancellation 1 week prior to arrival.

An equivalent amount of the full charge will be charged in the event of no show.

Check in: 12:00am

Check out: 11:00am

Airport Transfer

We provide airport transfers for all guests checking in or checking out.
